Shipping Policy

At Texas Trading Post, we do our best to ensure that your order is processed and shipped quickly, securely, and at the most reasonable rate possible.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within five (5) business days after payment is received.
Some items may be shipped directly from our suppliers to help reduce delivery time.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you right away with an estimated shipping date.

Shipping Methods

We primarily ship using USPS Priority Mail, First Class Mail, and USPS Priority Mail International.
For oversized or heavier items, we may use FedEx Ground if it offers a better rate.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight and destination of your order.

Shipping Address

Please double-check that your shipping address is entered correctly.
We cannot be responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by carrier and destination.
FedEx and USPS typically deliver Monday through Friday.
Expedited shipping options such as USPS Express Mail may be available at checkout for faster delivery.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment’s progress.
If you do not see this email, please check your spam or junk folder.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are automatically calculated through USPS or FedEx based on the total package weight and your location.
We do not add handling or profit fees to shipping costs.
If shipping appears unusually high at checkout, please contact us and we’ll be happy to review it.

Local pickup is available by appointment at:

Please call 979-571-0445 before arriving to ensure your order is ready.
Note: Some items (such as luxury bedding and furniture) are shipped directly from suppliers and may not be available for pickup.

International Orders

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
We are unable to estimate these charges in advance.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

We will assist in tracking lost or delayed packages; however, once a package leaves our facility, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
