We want you to love your purchase from Texas Trading Post. If something isn’t right, please review the policy below before sending anything back.
Returns
Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include your order number and reason for return.
Buyer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
Please contact us before returning any items, as some products may need to be sent directly to our supplier instead of our main address.

Refunds
Refunds are processed once your return is received and inspected.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If exchanging an item, please include payment for return shipping.
If the return is due to our error or a damaged item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We pack every order carefully, but we cannot control how carriers handle packages once they leave our facility.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We will send a replacement of equal value at our cost.
Keep the original packaging and contact the carrier to file a claim if needed.
Package Theft
We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but later reported missing.
If this occurs, please contact your local Post Office with your tracking number for assistance.
